Initial door entry was problematic as the key to the security door was inside the apartment and we had to wait until someone came out of the building to get in. The doors to the balcony opened but would not shut and although this was reported and an assurance given that the matter would be attended to, nothing happened. Overall we were pleased with the accommodation and enjoyed the holiday, although the resort was quite hilly, which made it difficult to get around and down to the beach area.

Compared to big resorts Puerto de Santiago was a quiet town perfect for resting and escaping from hustle and bustle. There were some buses to use nevertheless a car was a great option to move around the island from Puerto de Santiago. The beach was rather small with black sand.

The facilities were clean and the breakfast was good.

The facilities were clean and the breakfast was good. The pictures on line make it look far nicer then it is. Our balcony looked straight across the street into a residential building. The street was very loud. It is located at the end of a shopping strip. The location is far from beach and tourist spots. I booked it on a 4 star rating but later found it is rated as 2 star.

Very nice place with stunning views but a lot of hills and a lack of artificial beaches. I prefer natural shore though but generally playa La Arena was the only choice in terms of beach time. Nice place to stay for 2 days and move somewhere else. There is almost nothing to do in the evening apart from a couple of bars. But I have to say during my 2 week stay in the winter, the weather was the best in Puerto Santiago and Los Gigantes area. Keep that in mind. Its also a good starting point to see Teide, Masca and Puerto de la Cruz but very far away from Santa Cruz. Next time I will 100% choose Santa Cruz instead of any Tenerife Sur town. Just too many tourists everywhere. Santa Cruz is different. On the other hand nearby Los Gigantes offers many nice cruises, kayaks, e-bikes, trekking routes etc. So for more active people imo its a good place to be.

Puerto de Santiago is lovely area eating out is amazing lots of places to eat and not over expensive, waking costal paths in either direction are great, we did a day trip on the bus to Puerto de La Cruz just under 2 hours each way but well worth it, found a nice fish restaurant in Alcala in a great holiday.

A lovely small place with a good choice of restaurants and bars. Probably not for younger holiday makers who may prefer a more lively resort. But if you like a nice relaxing holiday with a good selection of nice bars and places to eat then this is lovely. You must be reasonably fit as the road and paved areas are quite hilly. There are some nice walks to local villages and beaches if you like to walk a bit rather than just sun lounge all day. Lovely place for a relaxing holiday.

The apartment is in a complex, consisting of many buildings and having swimming pools. The host was lovely Anastasia, which was more than helpful and kind. The room was spacious, had a balcony with sunbeds and table, and view at the pool. Kitchen was great, even had an automatic espresso machine. It also had a Smart TV. Bathroom was nice, with a shower and hot water all day long. It was overall a perfect room, and if I ever return to Tenerife, I will definitely stay there again.

The breakfast was very good, large selections and plenty of choice. Food was good, hot and items for fussy eaters catered for. Drinks selection for all inclusive was fabulous! Exceeded my expectations, a very good all inclusive and the best ive experienced in Europe. Had 2 sittings for meals for COVID purposes, worked well. Rooms cleaned regularly. Hotel very clean! Amazing staff and entertainment guy. All wanting to help and go that extra mile!!

excellent deluxe room, great breakfast and coffee, wifi works well. Liked the location. I only stayed overnight but many people spend 7-10 days there. Excellent walking/ running trail along the ocean 1 km east of hotel starts at the Martini restaurant. Great walk to Los Gigantes as well. Many excellent restaurants in the area and I wouldn’t suggest all inclusive for 1-2 days because the food quality is almost always better in the local restaurants.

View - excellent Room - simple but effective - no double/king size beds? they just put the two beds together?!? when was this ever a thing? Food - generally poor quality, but abundant and good variety Cleaning services were excellent Pool area is nice, but not many places to sit - if the hotel had been full, not all the residents would have been able to fit up there Drinks and food are expensive to purchase on-site if not on half/full board

Truly amazing apartment! It has everything you need for a perfect stay in Tenerife. It’s veeeery spacious - 3 bathrooms, 5 rooms, 3 terraces and fully equiped kitchen. Moreover, separate parking space and access to the swimming pools. Not to mention about the wonderful views at the ocean and Los Gigantes. The best place we have ever stayed in - fully recommended. Thank you Anton for your hospitality.

The apartment is on a second floor, but there is an elevator. Location is about 200m from the main beach and also close to a restaurants. There is indoor parking, very narrow as usual on Tenerife. Excellently equipped apartment and kitchen. There was a very small swimming pool but common with all apartments.

Very friendly staff, great breakfast, located away from the tourist traps of Tenerife but close enough if you wanna go check those. Los Gigantes is not a party place, so I recommend this hostel for people more into hiking and into chilling on the beaches in the south of the island.

A really nice hotel, in a nice relaxed part of Tenerife. You can walk out and see amazing sunset views. The rooms are comfy, but not that extravagant. The food is decent - especially liked the salad options! And the massage I had in the spa was the best I’ve ever had!

Nice view from the balcony. Plenty of space for four adults. Very near to supermarkets. We would stay again if going to this resort but would probably look to another if going to Tenerife in the future. It was very good value for the price.
