The view from the room was amazing! It was a great value for what we paid. They offered transportstion from the bus stop to the their house. Their breakfast was delicious, Teressa makes homemade mermelade that we absolutely loved.

Sant Angelo is a quiet resort with good beaches. The hotel overlooks the town with wonderful views out to sea from every room and the fantastic restaurant. The hotel is family run, and they grow most of the food served in the restaurant. Breakfasts are delicious, and the set menu evening meal is just amazing. The antipasti is a buffet of amazing fresh vegetable dishes, and the following courses all delicious and beautifully prepared and served. Excellent wine list with great local wines. Very welcoming and friendly family who treat the guests as friends.

To stay in such a fascinating place with the most magnificent views was magical. The rooms are basic but very clean and modern. We went to the restaurant for dinner which was a tasting menu. The food was great and the service top notch. We were initially worried about getting our bags up the stairs as the lift from the entrance (by the ticket office) floor only goes so far. We shouldn't have worried though as the bags where taken care of at the ticket office and taken to our room. Taxis are easy to get. We loved Ischia.

Room was big, fresh enough, all was in excellent conditions, we don't have any complaints about the room. We are always critical about mattress and pillows, but this time there wasn't any problems to get good rest at night. Location is really fabulous - it was best place on Citara beach for us: not crowded and easy access, available all the day (till 21:00). We purchase additionally air conditioner and the fridge, but price was still very reasonable! We have used pool, thermal pool with hydromassage and jacuzzi. We found it really great place to stay on Ischia.
