Location is 5 mins from Marina and main attractions The customer service is brilliant , Hussain and Hilal were great in attending all our needs 24/7 . Ali was so nice and upgraded our room automatically. Buse and the team in Anjel were the best and the breakfast was so delicious make sure you ask about her.

The best hotel in Bodrum!! It really fits the luxury category. The territory is chic, drowning all in flowers. The rooms are stylish, large in size. And what kind of breakfast do they have🥰. They are unique. Upper class !!! The territory of the whole hotel is immersed in flowers!!! Amazing!!! And most importantly, the people who work there. The entire staff is so friendly, and exceptionally all!! You come to this hotel and feel at home. I especially love the hotel manager, Yasmin. any of your request, desire, request will be fulfilled, and in a short time. In general professionalism in all respects of all staff. My stay was wonderful. The food was delicious, and the rooms were cleaned daily. What caught my attention the most was the attentiveness of the staff. During dinner, all the staff were attentive to all the customers. And the sunset view from the hotel is truly worth seeing.

The location was perfect, beautiful views! Not too far from Bodrum if you want to walk there. Plenty of spaces to find a quiet spot-beach,pool,terraces etc. Lots of steps but also lots of lifts available. Food was good, all-inclusive started in the middle of our stay on 1st May, both menus and buffets good and the salads nice and fresh. Rooms very comfortable. The staff really made our stay- they were very attentive and anticipated our needs. Orkhan at reception was very accommodating and helpful and Esra was always around with a friendly smile and happy to help. All staff were so friendly, sometimes language issues (on our side, as we don't speak Turkish) but they went out of their way to help. Housekeeping did a brilliant job, our room was always cleaned nicely. Spa was also good, nice massage and the turkish bath was an experience! Overall, excellent!
