Kyoto Takasegawa Bettei ligger bekvämt beläget i centrala Kyoto och har conciergeservice och gratis privat parkering. The property was perfect for our 3 days in Kyoto. The size of the room was great and the beds were comfortable. The rooms were stocked with everything you might need. The cypress tub onset was wonderful after a day of walking. The staff were incredibly kind, understanding and accommodating. We love this place!

Super authentic temple stay. Very beautiful location, and incredible ambiance. Super polite staff (budhist monks), amazing vegetarian food and onsen. We totally felt the vibes!

高野山 宿坊 龍泉院 -Koyasan Shukubo Ryusenin- ligger i Koyasan, 45 km från Matsushita Park, och erbjuder utsikt över trädgården. Amazing place to stay. The morning prayer was definitely a highlight. Loved all of it. The temple is beautiful, with amazing gardens. The room was also very nice, spacious and well equipped. Staff was very kind. Dinner was served in a private dining room, the food was very nice (but if you cant eat Japanese food definitely bring something to eat as you cant buy anything at the temple). The onsen was modern and clean, men and women are separated. Thank you very much, would definitely recommend!

Everyone there was wonderful, willing to help even with the language barrier. The dinner and breakfast were delicious (if you stay more than one night, note that you'll eat the same dinner and breakfast) The room and all the temple was super clean and calm. It was a great place to stay! I really love the ceremonies that I could witness, meditation in the evening, morning ceremony and goma ceremony (fire ceremony). The one thing I was surprised by is that the showers are "Onsen Showers" so it's in a commun room, with little stools where you can clean yourself before entering the bath. Not a negative point, just something I wasn't expecting. Thanks to all the staff there for a wonderful stay!

祇園の宿 杏花 ligger i Kyoto, 3 minuters promenad från Gion Shijo station, och har en trädgård, rökfria rum samt gratis WiFi i alla utrymmen. Cannot recommend Gion Kyoka enough. Actually, I'd prefer to give a negative review to prevent everyone from booking this lovely ryokan in the most amazing location in Gion Kyoto. Their team went above and beyond to make arrangements for our party at temples like Saiho-ji. Thank you Miyata-san and the rest of your staff for making our stay exceptional. I hope to visit again soon.

Shirahama no Yado Daigo ligger i Shirahama, knappt 200 meter från Shirahama Beach och 1,2 km från Ezura Beach. Här erbjuds gratis WiFi i alla utrymmen. The hotel is run by a very friendly lady who tried to help in every way, the breakfast was very delicious and served ryokan-style. The room was super spacious. Amazing offer.

Nazuna Kyoto Tsubaki St. Ligger i Kyoto, 15 minuters promenad från Kyoto Shigaku Kaikan Conference Hall, och har conciergeservice, rökfria rum, en gemensam lounge, gratis WiFi i alla utrymmen och en... The breakfast was great and authentic. Definitely just enough and not too much food.

Ishibekoji Muan har ett perfekt läge i området Higashiyama Ward i Kyoto, mindre än 1 km från Gion Shijo station, 15 minuters promenad från Samurai Kembu Kyoto och 1,1 km från Kiyomizu-dera tempel. The receptionist who welcomed us was Rachel. She was very helpful and nice.
