The staffs were very accommodating and welcoming. The service was top-notch. Location a bit further than the town but is still consider closed. Partial view of Fuji was amazing. Room was clean and comfortable.

The location was amazing - I had a view of Mt. Fuji from my room. It was the perfect relaxing retreat that I had in mind.

The breakfast was also very good. Everything was cooked by the host himself - Yoshi. He appeared to be a very nice guy. He was very kind to us. He explained to us many interesting things and gave us a ride in his car on the day we left. He showed us some pretty good spots to take a picture with the Sakura trees and Mount Fuji. The whole stay there was one not to forget. Absolutely recommend staying there!

The hotel is a minutes' walk away from the shores of Kawaguchiko and Kawaguchiko Herbkan. the communication was clear and detail, they provide shuttle bus service from kawaguchiko station to hotel. the reception is friendly and nice. The ryokan is a 5-minute walk from Lake Yamanaka. Both Fujikyu Highland Amusement Park and Gotemba Premium Outlets Shopping Mall are within a 30-minute drive. The property is beautiful, with a real homely feel. You feel as if you’re visiting friends! The rooms are traditional, comfortable and clean with lovely yukatas and jackets to use around the facility. The food is wonderful! Such huge attention to detail. As westerners, we had to go into the meals with an open mind but everything was delicious and the lovely host helped us with some videos on how to eat certain things. The staff are incredible, they’re so kind. We had some problems with our bags being left behind in the UK and the lovely host couldn’t have been more helpful with the problem. He so suggested plenty of things to do in the area that we hadn’t heard of. So great!!

The hosts are an old and very sweet couple! They’re super kind and amazing people. Please don’t hesitate to come here is absolutely worth it!!!
